Founded in 2011, the name Payreto is derived from the combination of words Pay and Pareto. The Pareto principle also known as the 80/20 principle was discovered by the renowned economist Vilfredo Pareto. We apply this idea to the financial services world.
As a kind of modern Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and turnkey solution provider for the Financial Services industry we focus on working with Payments, Remittance, and Fintech companies. Our Approach
In 2011, Payreto started working with one of the world-leading white-label payment gateway technology vendors (PAY.ON) and helped its PSP clients initially with merchant onboarding, reconciliation, merchant account management, and many other back-office support activities. When PAY.ON was acquired by ACI Worldwide at the end of 2015, Payreto continued its white-label payment gateway reselling business with solutions for different market needs. In the meantime, Payreto evolved significantly in the last five (5) years far beyond the PSP industry and started to support many other types of Financial Service Providers.
Our mantra is to combine technology solutions either as reseller of leading vendors or as educated users of client’s preferred technology with a skilled labor force in a highly collaborative and complementary way.

Donna has more than 10 years of experience in the payment industry in both POS and e-commerce environments. She has held various roles in account management, merchant support, risk management, reconciliation and business analysis.

Mhikko has over seven years of experience in the BPO industry. Currently, he’s leading various facets of Human Resources comprising Talent Acquisition, Organizational Justice, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Office Administration, and IT Support.
Richmond Lim
VP Business Development
Richmond has been in the payments and financial services space for more than 10 years. He was a Sr. Chargeback Analyst in Global Payment Inc.’s operations in Manila before supporting sales managers of PAYON to sell the white-label gateway. His accumulated experience and extensive knowledge in the industry eventually allowed him to do business development and end-to-end sales of white-label gateways and back-office support services of Payreto.
Dr. Tschangiz Scheybani
CEO & Co-Founder
Tschangiz is a sales and product expert in various areas of the payment industry: Previously, he held management positions at Giesecke + Devrient, the Royal Bank of Scotland (WorldPay) and PAY.ON. Since his stay in the Philippines for about 15 years he became also very familiar with the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) service sector influencing Payreto’s unique offerings.
